Driver’s behaviour is responsible for a majority of traffic crashes and systems that warm drivers of their risky behaviour would help avoid or prevent crashes. Road crashes are also a main cause of non-recurrent congestions and providing better traffic information would maximise the utilisation of road infrastructure.
